Advantages: Easy to use and reliable.

Disadvantages: May be a little too basic for some.

I bought this phone when I left my brand new mobile on the bus. Needless to say when I got my phone back it was smashed :(

I've had the w810i for over two years now and it has never let me down. I'm not into all this high tech, slow, touch screen, email phones and this phone is brilliant if your the same as me! It is simple and easy to use. The main menu is easy to navigate and everything is easy to find. My mum borrowed this phone for a while and she found it easy to use! (This is a woman who doesn't even know how to turn a computer on!)

The buttons are great and spaced apart so no pressing other buttons but the one you want to press! It's easy to fast text also. Unlike some other Ericssons the keys don't break. Also, it has a button rather than a joy stick so you don't get that sticky joystick like you do with other Sony E's! The camera isn't too bad either - pretty clear for a 2mp!

Would definately recommend this phone - it's brill. Lost count of the amount of times I've dropped it - it's never broke or turned itself off! Oh and the battery is superb, think I charge it about one a week and it's never turned off!

Summary: I love this phone :)
