Advantages: total variety cool features easy to use

Disadvantages: crap volume

I purchased this mobile about a month before Christmas for 89.00.
When the phone first arrived I had no reservations at all.
The design was sleek and sexy and it had sophisticated navigation controls.
This is just one of a whole host of Walkman phones that Sony Ericsson have launched.
The phone is a slide design and it slides effortlessly with a mirror in the back when you slide it to reveal the number pad (I don't know if this was done for style or intentionally for a mirror but its a handy little thing)
The phone comes with some Walkman head phones, a USB plug for the computer (transferring files), a Sony Ericsson charger a warranty book a software disc and an instruction manual.
The phone has two different colours that you can purchase it in either black or white (mines black although white looks better)
the navigation keys are easy to control and there is an orange button that you can press and it will take you straight to the walkman feature which is pretty cool and it flashes to the beat of the music.
Battery life is usually pretty good lasts around 6 hours (with me) after charging it for 2.5-3 hours.
You can send video calls and there is an eye toy style device at the front of the camera that you can use for this.
The camera is two mega pixel and you can edit your photos and also film.
The phone has bluetooth which allows you to connect with other people and share files.
When I got the phone it had 3 games on it: Quadra Pop, Juiced and Towers they were pretty good quality but the games dramatically reduce the battery power.
There is a 1 GB memory card included in the phone which is really cool because I have 80 songs on my phone and it hasn't even used a quarter of the memory.
But I do have one problem with this phone.

The volume is quite frankly s**t I have asked a few other people who have the same phones and they say they can hardly hear theirs either although other peoples are really loud.
I can hear perfectly well with the earphones in but if theres an emergency at home (as I found out the other week when my grandfather was rushed in to hospital) its no good becasue you can hear the ringtone hardly.

Overall this is a reliable phone but the volume needs to get sorted out it has lots of gizmo's and gadgets but I need volume!!

I write reviews I don't particularly think that the format is vital mind you I suppose I could be more bothered

While you give us all the essential information here (which kept me from rating it lower than I have), the review is a touch difficult to read - partially because it is formatted without spaces between the paragraphs, making it look line one big paragraph. The other reason is that the feel of the review is very sterile and (sorry to say it) unfriendly. By this I mean you list each point without elaborating much on any of them, except for the volume problem. You are a good writer and I think you can do better than this. Let me know if you revise this review.
