I've had this phone on an O2 contract for well over a year now - so long that the Carphone Warehouse have been bugging me to get my upgrade! However, I didn't want an upgrade, because there aren't any phones out there that I want more than this one.

Every piece of technology - at least for me - has its issues. The problems I've had with this phone are mainly it turning itself off for no reason every few months lately... But, since it doesn't do that at all regularly or often, it doesn't bother me much.

I love the walkman on it - Stores a good amount of songs (you don't really need any more than it stores), and it works well. IT's easy to navigate around the phone, too. Sending and receiving messages, calls, very easy.

I've also recently found the delights of the internet on it, and the song identifier - I'd never really used them before about a month ago. They work brilliantly, if a little slow. The internet feature actually saved me a LOT of trouble last weekend when I missed a connection due to a delayed train on a LONG train journey, and had to look up new train times... It was so convenient, put my mind at rest, and meant I still got home that night.

The phone looks great, stores a lot of photos, takes fairly good videos... All in all, despite a few glitches, I think it's a great phone to have.
