Advantages: Easy to use straight out of the box

Disadvantages: Poor camera, software reliability

I have owned this phone now for nearly 18 months, and it is just about on its last legs.

When i first got it i was impressed with its storage capacity and sound quality for MP3 playback, particuarly through the headphones.

The unit is also very sturdy, and very scratch resistant having dropped it many times since ive owned it.

Not so good points:
-the camera is very poor quality, taking pictures at night or in a dark room (a pub for expample) will give very grainy pictures.

-the connection for the battery charger is not very secure, often i have returned to my phone after it being on charge for a while to find it has disconected and not charged it at all.


The main problem that i am having with it is that when i go into the phonebook option, no matter if it is for sending a text message, making a call or even just to change someones details, the phone crashes. Basically the screen turns white for around twenty seconds then reboots as if i have just turned it on and will then search for a signal. If i had just written a text that too would be lost.

Having spoken to technical services about this, it is a fault that needs me to send the handset away to be fixed (basically they will have to re-install the software, which means i would lose everything that i have on there now, such as photos, songs etc).

This is not a phone that i would recommend, as there are more reliable products available.
