Advantages: Easy to use, very reliable
Disadvantages: Hard to text
I got this phone to replace my not so trusty SE k850i. As I was already used to Sony Eriksson layouts and menus it was easy to adapt to. I put my memory card in it so I have all the same photos etc on it too.
The first thing to note about this phone is how skinny it is! I haven't got a ruler handy but I would guess about a centimetre it is really that small! An absolute nightmare for me to find in my oversized bag...
Mine is black on the front and a bright orange on the back. The buttons are orange and silver on the front. I'm not sure if they come in different colours but the colour scheme is ok, quite suitable for boys but not really my thing as a girly girl.
The buttons I find are a nightmare! Very small even though they are the same size roughly as my k850i on the w880i they are very close together making texting quite frustrating to me. I do have quite large fingers but they're not huge!
The camera quality is only 2mp! I'm used to 5 so I hate it and don't even bother with it. The odd photos I've taken to test it aren't even worth keeping on my memory card. There is also no flash which I believe is a must on camera phones.
I haven't played music on it so I can't really comment on sound quality that way but I find it a bit annoying I can't change the volume when speaking on the phone.
Came with 5 demo games including the Sims 2 which I think is good as some phones don't come with any.
It only has 2 ring tones on it. Boring ringy ones do the job in waking me up and alerting me the odd time its not on silent.
Overall its a decent little phone, probably quite good for the kids but I'm missing my k850i as it has so many more features...
