Advantages: Lightweight, Great Features, Highly Reliable, Loud Speakers
Disadvantages: Probably Only The Quality of Camera
Took my 1st ever mobile contract out around a year ago just to get this phone. Had a Sony Ericsson before I got the w880i but this one was a whole new experience.
For something so small and light it's packed with great features. Was suprised how loud the speaker was for a start. I must say at 1st I couldn't really get to grips with the small buttons/keys but after a while I got used to them and they were very easy to use after that.
When I had the w880i it took quite a beating through it's lifetime as I was constantly dropping it and I actually ended up throwing it against my wall once but it survived, very durable phone.
If your looking for a phone with a main aim to play music this is definately the one I would recommend. The camera is decent (2mp), nothing mindblowing but it does the job for a phone camera.
Only ever had a slight problem with it which actually brought the end of my time with the w880i as my phone. The charger port seemed to break and wouldn't let my charger in all the way anymore, same applied to my hands-free kit. I was told by someone that I'd just need to take it to a shop to be reset but never bothered in the end.
Other than that, a very good, reliable phone and it's at a rather attractive price these days. Definately worth the money you'd pay for it and I'd have no hesitation in buying one again when I need a new phone.
Thanks for reading.
