I have had my Sony Ericsson W880i mobile phone for just over a year now. Initially it I thought it was a great phone, until after about 6 months it developed a habit of turning itself off for no apparent reason. I also know a few other people with the same phone who have experienced the same problem. As well as turning itself off at random, on the odd occasion it will freeze and refuse to do anything.

Apart from the above two mentioned 'problems' it is a nice phone. It is slim line and light weight so easy to transport around without feeling you are carrying a brick! I like the fact it has a walkman built in which is great to be able to turn on listen to music. The sound quality is at its best when using the ear pieces. The phone has a short cut button on one side to easily access the walkman and volume can be adjusted on the other side of the phone. Another useful thing for those of us who can never remember their mobile number, the little black button on the side of the phone when pressed downwards displays your mobile phone number as well as the phone model and amount of battery and memory left.
The buttons on the phone are quite small but once you get used to this I don't really think its a problem. The screen is a reasonable size and has good clarity.

Summary: Nice phone to look and use with just one drawback - auto switch off
