When I upgraded my phone in January this year I went for a Sont Ericsson as I've never had one before. I have had most other makes and they were all pretty awful in their own way, except Nokia's, but I think they are a bit boring!
Anyway I have the pink W910i, and it is ok! The phone is easy to use, doesn't have a great camera only 2.0 megapixels (but I have a digital camera for photos), however as others have mentioned in their reviews it does have a habit of turning itself off when it feels like it. It's never happened to me during a call, but mostly happens when writing messages, it just freezes and then turns off. (I had a similar problem with a Samsung I had). Once it comes back on, it is fine.
I also had it say Sim Inactive and then switch off the other day too.

All round it is a good phone, with a minor blip, as most phones I have tried have had!
