Advantages: Looks great

Disadvantages: riddled with software faults, bad battery life, poor camera quality

I got the W910i about a year and a half ago an ive been using it ever since, but only because I have no alternative.

Here's the categories!

Looks
The looks are what drew me to this phone. It's slim, well laid out and it slides, with great satisfaction, to reveal numeric keys; keeping it compact and smart.
You can get it in either red or black, both of which look great. The top part is partially made of metal while the rest of the phone is plastic. This doesn't make the phone seem too cheap, but the plastic parts are easily chipped if dropped.

Features
The phone features many basic phone applications, such as SMS messenging, address book, timer, alarm etc. It can connect to the internet over 3G, but isn't very quick.
The phone casing houses a 2.0 megapixel camera which can be used for taking pictures or video clips, however, there is no flash which, coupled with the low 2MP image quality, results in a very poor camera.
The phone does boast senseme however; a piece of software designed to find music that best fits your current mood. To begin with I couldn't get it to work, but eventaully I managed to coax it into working - it's pretty cool, but i haven't really used it as the phone works pretty slowly when it's playing music.

Battery & Performance
I'd like to say otherwise, but the battery on this phone is dreadful. I'm not sure if i did something wrong somewhere, but it barely lasts more than 2 days while on standby -JUST STANDBY! I'm thouroughly un impressed with it.
The phone doesn't perform very well while it has charge in it either: I found it runs most things slowly and it'll often lag while writing texts or plying music. This is actually because of the size of the phone - because it's so thin, the phone can't fit a huge amount of processing power and RAM under it's hood.
Finally, the phone has a MAJOR software fault in the form of the device regulary restarting itself, usually up to 2 or 3 times a day. Although it is possible to send the phone off to sony ericsson and they can fix the fault.

Summary
Overall I would't suggest the purchase of this phone. It looks great, but after it's reset itself during a phone call for the Xth time... you'll have had enough.

Summary: looks nice, performs badly.
