Ive had this phone for about 18 months now, and am still to have any major problems. The phone has many brilliant built in features, especially the "walkman" music player. Been able to change music tracks by a simple flick of the wrist is great. The phone also looks into how you flick the phone before deciding what song to play using its "sense me" feature. This will measure how aggresive your flick was and then choose a particular genre to suit your mood. Although the camera on the phone isnt amazing, it is still very good, as is the video camera.
However, one problem i have had with the W910i is that it seems to 'crash' quite often (~ once a day) whereby it simply restarts itself. I am yet to work out why it does this.
All in all, i think this is a great phone, and would recommend it to anyone.
