Advantages: Compact, stylish.

Disadvantages: Wouldn't work.

I changed my network provider to Vodafone and selected the XP1 as it boasted a good battery life and a slide out Qwerty board.
I receive most of my work via email so that aspect was important to me.

Sadly I have been through three handsets in 10 days !

On the first one I could not access contacts on a regular basis and the battery went flat in 36 hours.

The second one had no battery status bar on it and kept freezing up.

The third kept freezing up also the back/battery cover kept falling off.

I have now swapped it for a Blackberry 9000. (I was considering the Storm but the launch was put back due to technical issues, oh-oh.)

I am sure that the Sony is just having a bit of a buggy start and will have its faults ironed out as it has the potential of being a great phone. The guys at my local Vodafone store were 100% helpful at all times and they have now taken this phone off sale in their store until more feedback is available.

I would try another Experia, but not just now thanks!

Summary: I score it as 2 star because I really didn't have a chance to try all its features
