I don't really have a lot of experience with smart phones. The Xperia S was my first, and so far, I've been really happy with it. This phone is large enough to use, without being too big. These days, mobile phone manufacturers seem to compromise on either usability by making their devices too small, or portability, by making their devices too big. This one is just right. I can hold it comfortably, it fits in my pocket, but at the same time the screen is plenty big enough and is perfect for video and gaming. Personal Opinion and/or experience: I've been looking around and the cost of this phone is around £330 -£400 and for the amount of money you'll probably looking for a good one, so i'm going to try and tell you what i make of this phone. I have had many Sony phones in the past, of course these usually came under the Sony Ericsson brand. My old SE X10 mini pro contract had expired so naturally I was drawn to the new Sony flagship phone since its breakaway from Ericsson. Initially the size in comparison to my old mini pro was considerable but the phone fits just fine in the pocket and is easy to hold and use with one hand. I've just upgraded my phone to a Sony Xperia S and I'm very happy with it. It was a little more than I wanted to pay per month but I changed the data usage I got and now I have a great deal. This is my first smart phone and I dont know how I'll live without one again. Thought i'd try a Sony and I wasnt dissapointed. A brilliant 4.3 inch screen allows easy browsing on sites, a lot better than other phones. The images are crisp and all writing looks neat which shows just how high a resolution this is. When playing 3D games the graphics again are brilliant and realistic. Taking pictures on this is brilliant, the 12mp camera really does make pictures look very sharp on the screen, and even better when on the computer which allows you to blow them up and the pictures still arent very pixel-elated.
