Advantages: Design, ease of use, functions

Disadvantages: Not for :those with larger thumbs, people who get confused by a lot of shortcuts

I bought this phone 13 months ago to the day. I am on a T-Mobile U-Fix contract which is great and really works for me. (That's not forbidden advertising, is it?!) I love the dinky little thing but there are a few drawbacks.

I like the little 'joystick' or whatever it is instead of standard arrows, and I enjoy the benefits of a large-ish screen. The camera quality is only OK, as the pictures come out fairly fuzzy, but what can you expect from a phone??! The colour menus are great and I'm not sure why but I adore the way that the little icons on the main menu move when hovered over! I just think it, although highly unnecessary and really when I think about it a waste of time, a nice quirk to make the phone that little bit more 'loveable'. Well, as 'loveable' as mobile phones go...

However, the main problem with this phone is its BATTERY LIFE. I had heard people saying this before I bought it but dismissed their thoughts, thinking that they were just grumbling old tekkies with nothing better to do than time how long exactly it took for the battery to die out. (no offence intended). I find that one day its full charged, vitality-full, and then say three days, without using it for more than a few texts and phone calls its dead. Completely. this can become pretty annoying, especially when phonecalls have been cut short more than a dozen times...

I would recommend this phone but not to anyone who has large thumbs, as the little 'joystick' mentioned earlier is not easy to use if you have thumbs of the larger persuasion (help me out here, trying not to offend is HARD) then the little thing can be pushed in too easily and will become rather irritating to say the least.

Also, if you are confused by a lot of shortcuts then really this phone could be unsuitable. There are buttons all over the shop which one minute lead you to text messages and the next to the calculator.

The phone's overall functions are good and easy to use, the contact book part is easy to edit/ add contacts/ ring or text contacts from. The texting section is manageable although I find my inbox allowance fills too quickly. There are a number of different functions on the phone that I won't go into as they are similar to other phones, but yet different in their own quintessential way.

Summary: I love this phone, highly recommended
