After owning a sony ericsson previously I stuck with them so that it was easier to learn how to use this phone. I was disappointed.

The features were all good and well and worked perfectly for around 6 months, then slowly deteriorated!!! The phone tended to turn itself on and off randomly whilst I was in the middle of writing text messages. It also became difficult to select features due to the scrolling stick, you have to push it in the direction you want rather than pressing arrow keys, this feature began to stick and after 11 months of owning it I could only use the phone to call people as it was so frustrating to use the scrolling stick that didn't scroll!!!!!
