i bought this phone in febuary on a monthly contract. t mobile were helpful from the start and everyhting came in the box and the instructions were easy to understand. set up was a little hard but that was due to a technical error on t mobiles side. once up and running i was able to explore my phone more. the things i enjoy most about my phone is the market application there i can download many games sounds and backgrounds that are free to my phone at any time. text messaging is very easy to use the qwerty keypad really makes life alot easier. for a extra few pounds a month i am always connected to the internet, i am able to browse and check my email at all times where ever i am in the country. the 3g network is quite good i must admit it does crash alot i have rang customer service and they say its due to revamping it in our area. its not too bulky can be a bit annoyig if you only have pockets as it doesnt fit regular size ones. one major downside to this phone is the battery life sadly if you do use the internet or any application it eats into the battery so it is always needing charging every night. other than that this is a great phone many uses and is great if your out and about
