Advantages: Combined phone, wifi, Windows mobile PDA with Bluetooth - a complete package

Disadvantages: Jack of all trades and master of only a few

A super product which combines Windows capability with spreadsheets, Word documents, Email, calendar, scheduler and address book which can be synced with your Outlook program and backed up whenever needed. The product is also Bluetooth enabled so you can wirelessly connect to other Bluetooth items and transfer files including music. It is also wifi enabled so you can pick up your email at wifi hotspots or connect to a wireless router at home and surf the internet. To cap it all it is a fully functional mobile phone as well! You can load third party applications such as TomTom sat nav and also download a huge variety of games. It has a SD card slot so the memory capability is only limited by the amount of memory cards you own. It comes with a pair of in ear headphones which are quite good when you listen to music and also acts as a hands free kit for the phone. OK so it's a complete system which means you don't need anything else!? Well, it needs to be rebooted on a regular basis and I recommend a third party application such as SPB Backup is installed because you can loose all information if the battery runs out of juice and if the whole system crashes you have to reload everything! The phone sound quality through the microphone is poor with most people reporting a severe echo effect. I would recommend this product for anyone who wants the convenience of just taking one item around rather than all the different devices separately. Size wise it's not too bulky and it actually feels the 'right' weight for the functionality.

Summary: Good all round product, crashes too often, keep a backup on hand

Some good info here but you need a lot more to merit a higher rating. Also, it would be easier to read if you split the text into paragraphs. Let me know if you revise it and I'll happily re-rate. x
