this phone is great for a child, or someone who hasn't had a phone before, its is a good simple phone, for keeping in touch with family members or friends etc, you can store, photos and music on phone, it is cheap and a fantastic value for money, this was a phone i used for a couple months, although it doesn't have internet/web and Bluetooth, but the camera and light is a bonus. the large buttons make it easier to text. My Samsung mobile died on me, it was a very painful experience, and after my mourning period of oooohhhhh about 1 hour, I dragged myself off to my local Sainsbury's just to get a cheap little phone to keep me going until I could invest in something better. TADAAAAAAA.................may I present to you the T-mobile ZTE Zest (E110) phone. I was attracted by this phone due to the price, it was only £14.99, however, had just been reduced to £9.99, so price wise was a winner, as, really did need something very cheap to keep me going for now.
