I have the ant stick to use in conjunction with my Garmin forerunner 405. This is a tiny "memory stick style" dongle thing that you set up using the garmin website and the most up to date downloads that they have available. You can use it with PCs but my understanding is that it is not yet compatible with MACs which leaves a lot of runners unable to download their results. According to the Garmin website, though, MAC compatibility is imminent!
