... simple. Plug it in to your phone, put the loop round your next and your aids to the T position.
I had one that failed and I do not know why but I had to get another as I was lost without it.
For hard of hearing people this should be on the NHS....more

If you use hearing aids then this is abolutely the best way to connect to your Nokia phone. The sound is clear and it is just so simple.
