... probably makes the screen a little bit less sensitive so when you have to push an icon or slide to activate the phone I find I need to press a bit harder and make sure that I am really making proper contact with the touch screen but as it still allows you to do all this then I don't think it's much of a hinderance.

I'm not sure about you but when I pay a lot of money for something, I like to take care of it and look after it and that's why I have a screen protector for my iPhone. The HD anti-glare film set is described as a, "static cling adhesive film with matte finish which reduces glare, fingerprints and smudges. I think this is something really important to have on your phone. I always have my phone with me and I will stuff it in my bag or in my back pocket and so it does go quite a few places where it will get scrathced.
