I had this item installed at the Carphone Warehouse, it needs a technician to fit. There is a mic fitted in the center, and speakers at the side. It goes through the stereo in the car too and makes the radio quiet when a call in answered. Once fitted it is simple to use and I never had any problems with it. The sound is clear and it is really handy that the stereo automatically shuts off for the duration of calls. The Nokia 6310 is a great phone and this product is the perfect companion.
