I took this product along to a client with Cable broadband on xphome laptop. I anticipated problems, as I always do with Microsoft software and other stuff. First, I tried to establish a link between this Router and the Laptop. After 3 frustrating hours I decided to give up. No help from Asustek. They didn't even bother to answer the tech support phone. I waited for 17 minutes for someone at Asustek to talk to me. That's 17 times 5p. This is truly disgusting.
