I have found that the Diamond range of internal Modems are a breeze to install and they come with software drivers which actually work for a change. Believe it or not but the manual is almost error free and not just a piece of paper thrown in as an afterthought. I had to set up several machines with a robust modem and after several trips to PC World came to the conclusion that this is the best solution. Price wise this is an excellent package. It can be pot luck choosing a modem so play it safe by choosing this model.

I hav ebought both internal and external models and both are easy to set up. Diagnosis software is included if you have a problem to check if the modem card is damaged. All in all a very good package
