Hermstedt LineStar S ... scalable "plug & play" solution from Client PCs through to high-end server installations. Home office or remote worker's PCs can be installed with the competitively priced LineStar S card for reliable communications to remote terminal servers, RAS or the Internet. Dial-in communication servers that require many single- or multi-channel connections can be easily configured by installing more than one LineStar adapters under a single system - which can also grow to include the Angelo primary rate card. The installation is straightforward and configuration is completed within minutes. The log records all activity with the device. The special Security Access Control verifies the number of callers before building a data channel thereby creating an effective barrier against intruders and unfriendly attacks.
