Well for anyone who is unfortunate to live in Hull, we are tied to only one internet provider- Karoo. This modem comes free with all new connections. I would never encourange anyone to buy this modem, it litrally drove me mad. The log in is complicated, and it takes a while to set itself up when you turn your pc on. You have to wait for the light to stop flashing on the front, which can seem like an eternity!
