Advantages: Interoperability of products, Login is definitely robust
Disadvantages: Login so robust I can't access my own account
I've had some serious access problems getting into this account, even with the customer services team on the phone. Since I've locked my account again, I can't face requesting a new password and waiting days for it to arrive to allow me to complete the transaction I wanted yesterday. This process, although proving robust for an idiot (?) like me, is also unbelievably frustrating to go through 5 or 6 times on the trot.
It's also concerning from a security perspective.
The good thing is that as I hold a savings account, I've no choice but to let the cash remain in there.
