I am writing to recommend the exclusive products that the guys at www.mortgages-online.co.uk seem to have.

I remortgaged with them 1 year ago and managed to get on a discounted tracker mortgage which was 0.5% below the bank Of England Repo rate. All confusing speak I know but suffice to say I am now paying 3.55% pa admittedly on an annual interest basis, but still I defy anyone to beat that.

I have recently extended the mortgage directly with the mortgage company and my new discount rate is 1.45% above that at 5%. So I contacted them again, this time they have some good fixed rates. Good if you think that interest rates can't continue to drop and companies can't continue to offer tracking products with such a good discount.

The products both times have been fee free and have had the legal work paid for by the mortgage company. The brokers have charged nothing to search for products and take their fees directly from the mortgage companies. So all in all it cost you nothing.

The website is however not very good, but filling in a simple(ish) form will cause someone to call you back and discuss your needs and their products.

I would definitely recommend these guys.
