Disadvantages: Inefficient

Trying to contact Nationwide via their Call Centre number, in fact the only way to try to contact them, is truly daunting.

Whatever time you call you will invariably receive a message saying that they are experiencing heavy numbers of calls and please call again later!

If you do get through there is then the requirement to press keys for the area you wish to access. The key pressing can take you through many options so you really need to get it right first time.

If you do get through you may find that you need to be transfered to some other person or area and can then be left in the air or cut off.

All my savings are in the Nationwide but this so called efficient Customer Service is making me think about a transferring to another provider, but which one will have an real contactable Customer Service
