I recently went to my local branch in Strood as my mortgage with them was coming to an end of the product term. I asked a really friendly cashier for an appointment and she said a mortgage advisor would call me with in the week. I had a call the next working day from Serena who invited me in to look through my options. I have never really fully understood how my mortgage worked and she changed everything, I now know how my mortgage works and all of the benifits I never knew I had! she reviewed all of my insurences and managed to save me a small fortune on my life, home and mortgage protection insurence. there was no hard sell I could get through to her when ever I needed, and I was made awear straight away how and when to contact her. I will continue to stay with Nationwide as a very happy Nationwide customer.
