My mother died on the 20th of May, on the 27th the branch made me discuss all of the details in the main lobby of the branch at Diss. They were casual and uncaring. I filled out the forms and returned them on the 28th they assured me it would be dealt with quickly. to date 9th of June they haven't even been entered on the system and no-one knows why. After bieng kept on hold, once for 18 mns, five phone calls later I have finally managed to speak to someone - a manager who has promised to call me back.
If this is Nationwide's idea of customer service then god help us all, it's appallling. I would never do bussiness with them and will be telling everyone I know how bad they are!!!!!

i have tried to contact the nation wide call center for 2 weeks now on a daily basis on to be told that their expereancing heavy call volumes and call back again we are open 9/5 monday to friday but i am phoning at 9 when the call center opens is this a trick question
