Advantages: not bad products

Disadvantages: bad customer service, hidden charges, Untrained Staff, bank makes loads of errors. AVOID AVOID AVOID

Been customer for 9 Years, Service terrible Mistakes made by bank - endless, Charges - Loads of.
Decided to work for bank at head office to investigate- after 2 months of being there - could not take any more of the customer complaints and left.
Moved house at xmas tried to move mortgage - major headache more errors made by bank, so paid early repayment charges and went to another lender... now happy.
My advice is if you deal with this bank go to a highstreet branch and deal with a person face to face, do not use the call centre!!!

Summary: Deal with face to face! Dont use call centre, check for early repayment charges and admin fee's

The idea is that people like you and me have opinions about products based on our experience of those products, and a review should be written giving a balanced amount of information about what the product promised and what you as a consumer found it to deliver. Here, you failed. You earn more money from writing reviews in the manner in which I described and instead of 3p a read, stand to get awarded crowns. 	- 16/03/06 They turned us down flat when we applied for a mortgage with them. Sorry for thge low rating but you need more info!
	- 16/03/06 Sorry, but I really couldn't get any information out of this - apart from the one that you are obviously very enraged by them. If you could just give a little more details on the product you've had with them and of which nature the problems were that you've had with them, a person who's interested in taking a mortgage with them take your advice much more serious than this rant.
