Advantages: Got to be the crash free bios2 and high definition audio, onboard lan which saves more expence.

The m2a-mx supports amd socket am2 am2+ single core,athlon 64 and sempron and dual core athlon 64 x 2 with l2 cache at 2mb - 1mb-512mb,based on the 64 bit architecture.
One of the really good thing about this board is that the amd cool & quiet technology which monitors the system operration and adjusts cpu voltage and frequency for quiet operation.the northbrige chipset is the latest to support the above cpu's.
It uses the ddr2 memory stick at 1066 which is perfect for graphics and programmes which need performance.
With the pci express x 16 onboard, which performs 4 x higher than the agp 8x for 3d gaming.
The board supports sata harddrives with the 3gb storage specifications.
The audio is high definition 6 channel with a jack reconising feature, no more confusion,also included is a crash free bios 2 which includes the auto recovery function.
Very good board for the price of £32.99 from most online shops, lots of extra's included.
