The problem with Asus now is they are too big and don't care about the customer. I have been through a number of these mother boards and have been very disappointed. i bought this mother board when it first came out. The first one i had was incredible, the performance was like nothing i have ever experienced back then. Its OC abilities were unbelievable to. I was so impressed by this mother board. Then it blew up!!! It went with a fairly loud bang. I took it back to the shop and they did not seem shocked by this at all. It was like they expected me to come back with a broken mother board and then they explained. A lot of high end motherboard tend to work really well but not for long, whether its a couple of days or a year. Finally after 4 weeks of waiting i got one back from Asus. That one just didn't work from the word go so back it went. After another 4 weeks of waiting then i got another one. This one worked but not as well. It seemed a lot slower than the first one i had and it was after doing a bench mark on it. It couldn't overclock anywhere near as much. Then after having that one for a month it blew up as well. Then Asus wouldn't replace it because they didn't cover that kind of damage, which to be honest capacitors blowing up is down to cutting corners. I don't adjust voltages on motherboards and the striker extreme does it automatically and will keep within safe limits. I kept on calling to see what they could do for me but nobody wanted to know. Now I'm sure there are good ones out there but I'm just speaking from my own experience.

Summary: Stay away from this mb, nothing but upsets
