Asus P4P800-E Deluxe ... motherboard served me well during its time in use but unfortunately this period was only a year and a half! The board was taken back under warranty and a replacement given of a different model due to this being discontinued. I am unsure whether there was a problem with this range from Asus or whether I just received one with a manufacturing fault. It turned out it was a capacitor that had mysteriously broken itself! I d have to given a warning that in my experience, this board has the potential for a reliability issue. The board offers a huge range of features which is why I purchased this. Asus A8N-SLI Premium ... was possibly the pinnacle of socket 939 technology since it combines two SATA controllers, SLi, huge connectivity, awesome reliability and complete silence into one board. There is no problem with this board overheating thanks to it s heatpipe and heatsink technology. Installation is very easy since any SATA devices are detected by the Windows installation as normal so no additional drivers are needed. The CD has drivers for the chipset which includes two Gigabit Ethernet ports, surround sound and anything else you would need. I run this with an AMD 64 3500 but it will accept the dual core versions too. I am running this board with a Gigabyte Gigabyte GV RX80L256V... Asus M3A32-MVP Deluxe/WiFi-AP ... motherboard is going to be my next upgrade even tho its going to set back at a whopping £170 inc P&P Then i have the cpu and Ram to buy it sure am going to save me some money by that i mean wont have to upgrade for a long time till it brakes or something else comes along as asus is rock soiled and never had any problems with there stuff.. What i really like about this motherboard is that it has heat sinks for you ram also has built in WiFi Yes WiFi. Will come in hand if you need the connection around your home like xbox360 or PS3 connections to the internet as wireless is slow at times or can be unsecured.
