Asus M2N-E SLI:
... brought this from ebuyer a few months back, for my new system build. I wanted a motherboard which had plenty of features/ports etc, without braking the bank, and this does just that. With 4 USB port, 7.1 surround sound audio card, 4 rear USB ports + 2 headers, Printer Port, and even 2 PCI-E 16X for SLi and 2 PCI-E and 2 PCI card slots, which is a good use of the slots available, with the PCI-E sure to be used more ... Aopen AK79D-400VN ... provided a realtek AC97 on-board card, which was poor, but I used my Audigy 1 anyways so no complaints from me on that. From my own experience of using this board I can say that the build quality is good but board layout sucks, CPU very close to the PSU in most case layouts and the cables from the PSU hang over your CPU to get to the ATX power socket on the board, I call that very bad design. Also the IDE cables running from the bottom of the board hang over your memory banks making access difficult. That aside the installation was straight forward with no gotchas, just take your time and follow the instructions if you do get stuck. The BIOS is fairly customisable an... Asus A7N8X-E Deluxe ... there, I bought this board about a year ago to replace my fried Aopen Board. I got a good price as they are no longer top of the range boards.
