I bought one of these motherboard for a business system build. Price wasn't an issue, but quality and reliability was. It was a joy to install and use. This really is the Rolls Royce of motherboards. It has a ‘Dual Bios’ that ensures that even if the first bios fails – usually a total disaster – the other one takes over. Brilliant! There is loads of room for expansion and its has several PCI and ISA slots along with an AGP slot. The manual is excellent and installing the drivers is very straightforward. The motherboard has many useful features that you won’t find on a cheaper board. Push the boat ... Read the complete review

I have owned the Gigabyte BX2000 for a year now running a celeron 400 processor. I have had my problems, but I'm can't blame the motherboard. It has served me well. I recently overclocked my celeron to 450 which is very stable, I tried 500 but it went a bit crazy. The manufacturers are no good at replying to e-mail but they do keep the bios's up to date which is good. Two capacitors melted and a voltage regulator burnt out. While ... Read the complete review

A quality board from gigabyte. It's well packaged has all necessary cables. Stable, relatively fast and offers a huge range of fsbs. The dual bios feature is a nice safeguard against incorrect and unlucky bios flashes. There are 2 bios chips on the board. If one of them goes down after an update goes bad, the backup chip will reflash it so that the system boots normally. Gigabyte updates the bios regalurly and the current one works fine. Only quirk is that it doesn't allow manual adjusting of cpu voltage. The voltage is always delivered at cpu default so it's not great for overclocking. ... Read the complete review
