Advantages: quality, reliability

Disadvantages: not great for overclocking

A quality board from gigabyte. It's well packaged has all necessary cables. Stable, relatively fast and offers a huge range of fsbs. The dual bios feature is a nice safeguard against incorrect and unlucky bios flashes. There are 2 bios chips on the board. If one of them goes down after an update goes bad, the backup chip will reflash it so that the system boots normally. Gigabyte updates the bios regalurly and the current one works fine. Only quirk is that it doesn't allow manual adjusting of cpu voltage. The voltage is always delivered at cpu default so it's not great for overclocking.
