Great, NOT!!!!! (Gigabyte GA-BX2000)

Advantages: Readily available Bios updates, Cheap Disadvantages: Only Ultra DMA 33, Burnt out.
I have owned the Gigabyte BX2000 for a year now running a celeron 400 processor. I have had my problems, but I'm can't blame the motherboard. It has served me well. I recently overclocked my celeron to 450 which is very stable, I tried 500 but it went a bit crazy. The manufacturers are no good at replying to e-mail but they do keep the bios's up to date which is good. Overall I would recommend this board, but why not go for the newer BX2000+ as it has ultra DMA 66 which I see as the only downer for this board. Summary: |
