The Intel Desktop Board DG965PZ supports the Intel Core2 Duo Processor, the Intel Pentium D Processor, the Intel Pentium 4 Processor with Hyper-Threading Technology and the Intel Celeron D processor in the LGA775 package.

The board offers support for Intel Viiv technology as well as powerful features such as Intel Quick Resume Technology, Intel Quiet System Technology, and Intel High Definition Audio. Support for Dolby 7.1 Surround Sound, Intel Graphics Media Accelerator X3000 with integrated Dual-Independent Display (DVI-D and VGA), an Intel PRO 10/100/1000 Network Connection, and a PCI Express Mini Card connector, ideal for a wireless add-in card, are other main features.
