aldohead MSI KT266A Pro2-RU: ... Warning, Technical Stuff * *Features and layout* The layout of the MSI K7T266 Pro2 motherboards is very nice. The ATX power connector is far enough away from the processor socket to not get in the way, as are the three 184-pin DIMM DDR slots. The Socket A itself is set a little high on the PCB and the heatsink retention edges are nearly on very top of the board. I would have thought that MSI would have rotate...

tybalt MSI KT266A Pro2-RU
... it wasn't going to be my worst purchase every (Oh the memories of my last PC purchase). I was very close to waiting and going for the Abit KR7A-RAID motherboard, which uses the same chipset. Then I thought I couldn't be bothered waiting for the Abit board to come out. Thankfully I haven't been disappointed. If you want a detailed specification of this motherboard, then browse over to MSI's site, there's a full specification of the board there. ~~Features~~ This board is basically a feature packed board, and I managed to get it on offer for around £110 (£20 saving), which I was pretty pleased about. It has more features than I think I will ever nee...

Muhamed K7T Turbo-R
... K7T-Turbo is a fantastically stable motherboard. Since I have bought my computer in may this year I haven't had a single problem with this motherboard. Layout is simply great leaving you enough place for a big CPU heat sink. There are 4 USB and 6 PCI outlets. One drawback is that there is no ISA outlet on the board. Performance is quite good compared with other boards with VIA KT133A chipset. I guess it is a bit slower than Abit K7T but MSI wins it on stability. I haven't tested overclocking yet and cannot leave my opinion on this matter. New BIOS drivers come out every month aproximately. There is no need not to be happy with this motherboard. I certain...

jonathancooper K7T Turbo-R
... are the best motherboard manufacturer around, you can take my word for it, I m a Computer technician. They are the most reliable motherboards I have come across. I have always used microstar boards at home and I have never once had a problem. This particular board is well designed and comes complete with an onboard IDE raid controller allowing you to connect upto 8 IDE devices to your system. Also it has onboard VIA ac97 sound, although not great, for simple sounds its perfect. If you use audio a lot and like good quality sound then I suggest you buy a seperate sound card. The board also comes with a USB riser which gives you an extra 2 usb ports to go with the ...
