	Norwich Union ... chose Norwich Union after finding them to be the cheapest for car insurance through a comparison website. My sister was also using Norwich Union at the same time. The Norwich Union website was easy to use and I thought great ,so I paid for the insurance and went on my way cruising around in my vehicle. The problems aroused when I tried to access the online account Norwich Union had said they had set up for me. Great I thought, easy to find documents and whatnot. WRONG. My ID wasn t even recognized, so to the online system I didn t exist. They are very competitive and their prices are many times cheaper than the others. I got my Toyota coupe car insured from them 2 years back for just around £350 which was really amazing. 	Direct Line ... a young male driver, insurance is a complicated issue for me, with most companies charging excessive premium s or refusing to insure me at all. My insurance is with direct line, and I have largely been happy with the service they have provided me. I pay around £900 a year, but being 18 years old and having no no claims discount, that s actually a fairly good price from what I can gather.
