Similar problems previous year with quote/policies not arriving until 6-8 weeks AFTER they have started taking direct debit out.
Renewed House Insurance in May.............got a letter on 10.11.10 stating THEY had made an error & I was not covered properly - would I get in touch to arrange it & it would probably cost me more too!!!!
Rang Saturday at 3.30 - got automated message saying office is closed, please ring between 9-5 on a Saturday........???????!!!
Rang three times on Monday but no matter what time you ring i.e. 9am!, no-one is available.
Rang twice on Tuesday - went on to crappy music straightaway.
Rang again today.......no-one available, can I get them to ring you back....."in the next 24-48 hours"..!!!!!! What? Told him it was urgent, THEIR mistake.....wanted it sorting a.s.a.p. "Do you want a ring back or not?" .....I give up, left number, clock is ticking..........will NOT be renewing policy with them next year.
Summary: TERRIBLE - CAN YOU GIVE MINUS STARS....????
