	Elephant.co.uk ... problems we had with Elephant have been numerous - my advice is do not insure with them, they may be cheap but if you have a claim you will regret it. I would go so far as to guess that the positive reviews on this site are not "genuine". I have a friend who has also had a nightmare with them. My accident was witnessed by two police officers, it took place in May and involved someone driving into my car whilst I was stationary so it would be a no-brainer from an insurance point of view, or so you might think... 	Tesco Car Insurance ... have had tesco car insurance for two years and have recently switched companies. The premum is very good and they draw you in with special offers and promises of cheap premiums. However I find that this is all well and good until you put them to the test. Insurance is a promise to pay your claim and I feel tesco failed in this promise. I had cover with them and someone reversed into me - ony causing a small dent but I didn t want to drive around with a scratched dented car. I reported the claim and went through to their out of hours line (4 days before christmas). They took the details and said someone would get back to me. 	Swiftcover.com ... Cover is an insurance company which is part of the AXA group. It was founded in 2005 and provides car insurance, travel insurance, home insurance and pet insurance. In October 2008 I moved my car insurance to Swift Cover and have been impressed with the service and how easy it is to do everything online. You see, Swift is an online-only insurance provider - every interaction you have with the company is done online (even making a claim). There s no phone number to ring, which I appreciate may put some people off but their prices have been very competitive and I ve had no reason to complain. Why did I chose Swift Cover?
