Diamond Car Insurance ... and will then chase you through the courts for monies owed. My policy ran out at the same time as I moved house. As Diamond were not the cheapest I changed insurers. I didn't inform Diamond of my change of address as I had no further reason to deal with them and as this insurance was for a second car there was no need to contact them for my proof of no claims. 6 months later I am being harassed by a debt collection agency threatening me with a CCJ for £110, this includes a laughable administration fee of £45. It is with a wry smile to myself when I think of what Diamond's stance would have been if I'd tried to make a claim on the policy I so say had with them. Do no... Admiral Car Insurance ... phoning them, they said they would offer 50 towards the cost of 400 I had to pay out my own pocket to get fixed, but I would lose my no claims bonus - for 50 pounds I did not bother. 2) Year on year they automatically renewed my insurance adding significant amounts each year despit the fact that I had never claimed - during the course of a few years my inusrance went up by 100 3) When they made an administrative error at their end and did not renew correctly they cancelled my policy without any notification and then charged me for cancellation. 4) When I rang to complain their customer service was absolutely terrible - trained parrots reading from a script I cancelled my...
