I have been a customer for two years never had a problem but must important I had never had an accident so I didn't make a claim at all in November 2011 got involved in an accident some one crashed into me from a side lane he had give away and he didn't stop
Any ways so I had to make a claim today is the 15 may 2012 and it still not ... sorted
Staff are very rude and it look like they have got one call centre and about 20 staff in the call centre witch is a bit strange for me
I made a complaint because I called one day and got promised an update of my case by the end of the business day but like always never did (it happened few times always they assure to ring me back but they don't)
So I asked to speak with a manager or a team leader but the adviser refused to do it but I insisted so she said some one will call me in few minutes.
After 5 minutes SHE called me pretending to be a Manager so I confronted her but she refused to admit it.
I finished the call and I wrote a complaint emailed it to the head office
Got a call from a senior adviser assuring me that he will be dealing with the matter him self and he will revue it every week
Two weeks now passed since he promised to get me updated every week but like always
Just words
FOR SURE MY NEXT INSURANCE AND MY WIFES INSURANCE WILL NEVER BE WITH CHURCHILL FOR THE REST OF MY LIFE AND I WILL ADVISE ALL FRIENDS AND FAMILLY THE SAME.
We don't realize the customer services unless we put it at test-I put their customer services to test but THEY FAILED BADLY-

Admiral Car Insurance

Was hit 9 months ago by a driver who rapidly left the scene....fortunatley I had 3 witnesses who got the number plate.
Police visited driver who claimed he didn't realise he hit my car, despite the dent in his bumper!
Anyway, Albany spent 9 months dicking around despite weekly chasing from me only to come back and say that as ... the other driver was denying involvement they were giving up!
Called admiral (who effectively sold the claim to Albany) and asked them to cancel my recently renewed insurance as I was incensed that I was being left to foot the bill for a collision that was not my fault. 2 hours later and admiral had called the 3rd parties insurer who admited liability and are now paying for the repair to my car.
If anyone ever makes any progress with Albany assistance they should post up a positive review as all I see is dire service reported. I am now in the process of following up with the FSA who I sincerely hope will be able to stop others enduring the endless delays and slackness that I went through with Albany Assistance. Having been a driver for 5 years I always dread the time of year when the car insurance need renewing. the constant internet searches, comparison websites and phone calls from insurance brookers the second you fill out their forms really got me peeved. When I first passed I was paying over £1200 insurance which halved in my second year ... but has since has barely decreased. Im on a tight budget money wise so paying over the odds for insurance is out of the question, but swiftcover I find is really great. Their quotes are easy to obtain the information is always avaliable and the cost is nice and affordable, . I also find the online document system a great benefit as you can retreave any document online so gone are the days of worrying about losing important douments. You also have the option of taking out their personal breakdown cover which is fairly priced and gives you great peace of mind when out on the road. The only drawback I find is that everything is done over the internet and when needing to find a contact number for the company it is nearly impossible. But I will say that when you do have a problem and find a contact number the staff are always helpful and polite and belive me as a call centre operater its is great to be confronted by lovely helpful people who are never rude or apprupt.
