Quinn Direct:
... not use this company on any account. I had the misfortune to call on their breakdown cover. The breakdown service was abysmal.... A surly rude man who said he didn t know what was wrong. He said it wasn t the battery as he first thought. My car is a Suzuki automatic. He asked me to find a garage. I was 150 miles away from home and did not know the area. I had to ask a local who gave me the name of a garage. I pass... Read the full review: utter disgrace by anna ballinger |

Quinn Direct ... they leave you stranded, the breakdown is a joke. I spent all day stranded with them denying I was covered at all, got shouted at down the phone, they hung up on me several times, refused to get a manager. I got told breakdown cover doesn t apply during the day, what a joke.In the end they admitted I was covered but refused to organize a hire car although their policy says they will. The Ryan Air of car insurance, an absolute joke, don t touch it with a barge pole. I have never been spoken to in such a disgusting way, they are badly trained and willing to lie about calls they have received and when you have to ring repeatedly the same person answers and says ,&q... Tesco Car Insurance ... I first took out my policy, I was 17 years old therefore was fully expecting to pay through the nose for my first car insurance policy. I had a 1.4l car, a little larger than my friends 1.2s, so was expecting to be paying horrendous amounts since I was a first time driver! I used a few compare sites, but unfortunately I couldn t see many well-known insurance companies on the cheaper end of the list. I did look out for Tesco but they must have not been included in compare sites at that time, as I could not see it. One of my friends was with Tesco though, so I clicked onto the website and decided to have a look online. The insurance form is really simple to fill out... Diamond Car Insurance ... have had my car insurance with Diamond for around 2 and a half years now. I first signed up with them because they were the cheapest quote I could find for a learner driver with a VW golf, back then my premium if I remember was just under £1000. When I got round to passing my test I was quite annoyed with Diamond as they charged me a fee of over £100 just for passing my test! It was not long until my 18th birthday where I received personalised number plates as a present, I rang up Diamond to change them over and that was an additional £16! I was beginning to wonder if Diamond were really worth sticking to! When renewal time came about I received a letter stating my...
