Disadvantages: Ignorant, rude, unhelpful, unfriendly, intimidating. The list goes on.

When I had my insurance through Admiral in 2003 I had an accident where I was forced off the road by another vehicle swerving into my lane.
My car was out of action and I still needed to get to work.
Admiral advised not to hire a car in case they could not claim the hire costs back.
When I claimed for loss of earnings they said 'Why didn't you hire a car!'.
Absolute fools. Avoid this company at all costs. Even when an accident is not your fault, if your are insured with Admiral you will still lose out.
