Advantages: Sometimes it's kind of 'rock and roll' to waste money at will

Disadvantages: You may as well roll cigarettes with £100 notes if that's your thing.

Please please do not allow these leeches into your life. Three months into a years contract they managed to lose our direct debit mandate three times, so cancelled our cover and charged us £115 to cancel, despite the error obviously being at their end. Customer service line was a premium rate, and despite helpful staff the other end (believe they do deserve credit for trying help) they were obviously handcuffed by the company policy which is evidently so strangle each and every penny from their customers. Perhaps the most ludicrous thing is that they allowed me and my partner to go uninsured for a whole week before feeling the need to inform us of the situation, which frankly beggars belief!
I cannot advise strongly enough against using this car insurance company. I have had the week from hell attempting to sort out the mess they made and I would sooner eat my own spleen than hand them another penny!

Summary: Admiral car insurance made me cry.
