I've actually had a very good deal with Admiral - most people here seemed to be writing horror stories.

I have a high insurance group car(16) 2 years claims and Im 24. They beat all other quotes and I went for it.

However, around Crimbo, some divot crashed into the side of me. Admiral sent me the blurb, I filled it in and left it to them.

It was as fast as I would have expected and they kept me very well informed by post, many letters as updates. They were helpful on the phone too.

Car was fixed, and all ok. Claims not affected and letter to fix it.

Later on my screen got chipped, they fixed it for free! Then it cracked, and they fixed it again for excess of 50 quid - not bad as they were 900 quid at the garage.

If anyone is interested - Admiral, Belldirect and Elephant are all the same company!!
