I did many on line quotes & finally settled on this bunch of slime bags thinking their price was best suited to my situation. I have an E reg car which although old, has been wonderfully maintained hence slim chance of breaking down. However also, as things go, being an old car should it be stolen / written off in an accident then although it runs much better than most E reg's I wouldn't get paid out more than it's book value, hence no point in paying a huge insurance bill. The online quote was good but like an idiot when I received the docs I was in a big rush & didn't double check them before signing! The quote shouldn't have changed! Ah but it did. More than double in fact. Not only is it the most expensive by far, but also runs for a shorter time period, & was debited in full to my credit card!! They're the worst compared to every other insurer!! Of course when I wrote to complain all I got was nothing they could do. What??! Try some competitive business and some client service! Nothing but ill performance in every way.I haven't finished fightling and would strongly reccommend that the Insurance Ombudsmen look into these creeps.
